Shipping
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Processing times for in-stock items may vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that all shipping fees are calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
While we aim for a safe and timely delivery, once a package is with the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen shipments. We can, however, assist you by initiating an investigation with the shipping company on your behalf.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. For the most current delivery status, please use this tracking number on the carrier’s official website.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped from different locations in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. They may therefore arrive on different days. You can track each shipment individually until your entire order is received.
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will help arrange a return and send the correct product, or contact the manufacturer for further assistance if necessary.
We utilize a selection of reliable national and regional shipping partners. The specific carrier for your order is chosen based on the package size, destination, and the service option you selected.
We do not offer a ship-to-store service for home delivery. However, in-store pickup is available for online orders, provided all items are confirmed to be in stock at your chosen store location.
Shipping is primarily limited to our domestic market. International shipping is available for a very limited range of products. Large items, such as furniture, have specific delivery zones based on proximity to our distribution centers. For security and insurance reasons, many shipments require a signature upon delivery. If a signature is required, you or an authorized recipient must be present to accept and sign for the package. Carriers typically make up to three delivery attempts before redirecting the package to a local pickup facility.
