Returns & Exchanges
We are able to accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within a specified period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original, unused condition, with all original tags attached and packaging included. Proof of purchase is required.
Please initiate your return or exchange request through our online portal. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Items must be returned using the provided label and within the designated return window.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain product categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes, but is not limited to, items such as pacifiers, teethers, underwear, and similar personal care products. Please review your order carefully before purchasing these items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We strive for perfection, but sometimes mistakes happen. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team immediately. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or a return and refund. Please do not return damaged or defective items without first contacting us.
Refunds

We provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns and exchanges. If you are returning an item for reasons other than damage, defect, or an error on our part, standard return shipping fees may apply and will be deducted from your refund amount.
International Returns
For orders shipped outside our primary service region, different return policies and procedures may apply. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes associated with international returns. Refunds for international orders will be issued for the product value only, excluding original shipping charges.
